Jennifer recently returned to AllianceBernstein L.P. to head the company’s Code of Ethics compliance program. Areas covered by her team encompass employee personal trading, gifts and entertainment, pay-to-play, and lobbyist activities. With over 15 years of experience as a compliance professional, Jennifer has gained experience in multiple areas of compliance, including regulatory reporting, client guideline monitoring, and trading compliance. Prior to joining AllianceBernstein, Jennifer held leadership roles at Franklin Templeton, Barclays, Prudential, and UBS.
