Director of HR Regulatory Operations and CPO Risk
Jemma is the Director of HR Regulatory Operations and Risk at Fidelity International. She moved into this role in 2020 to support UK accountability regulations, creating a team that has expanded globally. Since joining Fidelity in 2000, she worked in various parts of the firm in roles predominantly operations focussed before moving to HR. With experience across the organisation, Jemma helps implement and embed consistent processes across the UK, Europe and APAC regions for employees who are captured by multiple accountability regulations.
