Jay Wayshak runs the day-to-day operations of the Global Code of Ethics Center of Expertise. He is responsible for the administration of the Codes of Ethics for the General Account and MIM Private Markets, Manulife Investment Management, John Hancock Funds, and John Hancock Personal Financial Services. In addition, he oversees the Email Surveillance and Information Barrier Programs, Global Gifts and Business Shared Entertainment, Pay to Play, Employee Personal Trading, Outside Business Affiliations, and other conflicts of interest programs.
