Dale Sanders

Dale Sanders is the Director of Technical Operations at StarCompliance, responsible for driving Star’s cloud-first strategy and Information Security programs. Dale joined Star in 2006 to develop the initial, first release of the Employee Conflicts of Interest (ECOI) platform. During these 18 years, Dale’s teams built from the ground up multiple co-location and cloud hosting environments in multiple regions and implemented our ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance programs. Dale has held leadership positions across Development, Sales Engineering, Technical and Professional Services, Co-location Infrastructure, Cloud DevOps and Information Security. Dale earned his Bachelor of Science (BSc), Computing Science, at the UK’s Newcastle University.
