Andy has over 25 years of experience in product management, business development, and business analysis. He’s dedicated more than 15 years of his career to the financial services sector, delivering solutions to support regulated entities in the UK for Training & Competency and the Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR). As global accountability regimes continue to emerge, Andy is using his deep knowledge and understanding of SMCR to develop fit-for-purpose solutions that can meet the needs of accountability regimes around the globe. Prior to Star, Andy worked at Redland Business Solutions and Mutual Vision.
