Martin Mannion
President and CEO
Martin joined StarCompliance Software in November 2004 and is responsible for the strategic direction, financial management and operation of the company. Coming to us from the UK, Martin is a highly experienced executive with prior executive roles in large global corporate and start up environments across a variety of industries. Prior to joining StarCompliance Martin was part of the United Utilities Group in senior positions with Vertex as Head of Service Delivery and IT Director at Your Communications utilizing his extensive business experience and IT skills. Prior board level and senior positions over the past 16 years have included Group Technical Director/ CTO for HighwayOne AG and European Technical Director for Xpedite Systems Inc.
Marc Epstein
Global Sales Director
Marc Epstein is VP of Sales of StarCompliance Software. While StarCompliance was founded in 1999, Marc joined the company in 2002 to lead this early-stage company to its dynamic development in becoming a leading software provider in the financial services compliance sector through innovation and organic growth. He was formerly Sales Director at Xpedite Systems in London, responsible for overseeing strategic sales and overall sales activity. He was a driving force behind the company's success and global expansion and successfully led Xpedite Systems from a start-up company to its eventual sale to an NYSE-listed firm. Marc has been involved in a number of other financial technology and software growth companies in San Francisco and New York. Marc holds a BBA in International Business from George Washington University.
Nancy Belmont
Director of Finance and Administration
Nancy joined StarCompliance Software in April of 2005. She is a Certified Public Accountant with a Master's in General Administration with the concentration in Human Resources. She brought with her a diverse work experience from past positions that include: Staff Accountant for Bechtel Power Corporation; Assistant Controller for a Pepsi Cola bottling company in Louisiana; Assistant Controller for a large retail nursery operating in five states and based out of Texas; and Accounting and Human Resource Manager for two marketing and promotional products companies. She has held numerous executive positions in various community volunteer organizations.
